Camping Mazet-Plage lies in the south of the French Ardèche department. You camp among the woods of the Ardèche and the vineyards. The Chassezac river runs behind the campsite and is easy to access on foot. The river provides entertainment and there is plenty to do at the campsite as well. There are various athletic fields, a swimming pool, a restaurant and in the evening there is live music during the high season. The Bois de Païolive nature reserve is just a stone’s throw from the campsite.

Camping with a view of the river

Camping Mazet-Plage is an oasis of peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The grounds are spacious with well-kept pitches between 80 and 100 m2. The pitches are separated partially by hedges and partially by trees. You can also rent a luxury mobile home with your own kitchen and toilet facilities. All accommodations have a shady terrace with furniture. The campsite restaurant has a terrace with a view of the river. The restaurant is open daily during the high season but only on weekends during the off season.

Swimming in the swimming pool and the river

Take a dip in the swimming pool or relax in the whirlpool. The river is also suitable for swimming. A path runs from the campsite to a section of the river where the banks form a wide beach. If you want to exercise during your holiday, the campsite has fitness facilities as well as tennis courts. The surrounding area also invites you to participate in sports activities such as canoeing, climbing or hiking.
