Camping Le Viaduc is located in a quiet spot on the banks of the river Doux, in the north of the Ardèche. On this small campsite in the heart of nature, you'll camp on a shady pitch on the banks of the Doux or in a special rental accommodation such as a tree house or yurt. Here you'll experience the tranquillity of the hilly Ardèche and the conviviality of a small-scale campsite.

Informal and warm

25 kilometres after entering the Ardèche, deep in the rugged nature, you reach the charming campsite. It is enclosed by the meandering river Doux. In a small stone building you'll find the reception. The warm welcome of the owners sets the tone for the informal atmosphere on the campsite.

Special accommodations

For a special camping night, you can choose from a selection of special rental accommodations. For example, camp in a Coco-sweet tent, wigwam, yurt, tree house or wine barrel. All these accommodations, situated between the trees, are neat and tidy and give you that cosy camping feeling. However, this feeling can also be found on the beautiful lawns. There you will find spacious touring pitches on a very well-tended grass surface.

Charming restaurant

The natural stone building at the front of the site is characteristic of the charming character of the campsite. On the covered terrace you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. For a fair price you can taste homemade dishes in this charming little restaurant, with a nice ice cream for dessert. There is a children's menu for small campers.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - Stayed for two nights. The site is set in a super quiet location, off the beaten track, in a really pretty setting. The on site restaurant served excellent food in a quaint outdoor area that provided an excellent atmosphere. The facilities were incredibly clean and hot water plentiful. Access to the river was great for young families. Small play area for children. Fresh bread and croissants available in the mornings and a small selection of essentials (milk / eggs). Site was really quiet after 10pm

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - An unbelievable site. The owners are so friendly , it automatically feels like a warm place to be. It is at the end of a lane so completely isolated, surrounded by a river, the scenery is stunning. It has a lovely little shop with some of the essentials, croissants and bread can be ordered for the morning. The little restaurant overlooking the river is again pretty magical. No mosquitos either which was a bonus. This was the perfect site for our family, our kids loved it, played in the river all day and the play park while we prepped dinner. We had a tent and the plots were pretty big.
Disliked - Shower pressure was a bit low

Liked - Beautifully situated next to a small river, very friendly hosts, nice surroundings. Second time we came here, definitely will come again.
Disliked - Toilets and showers are barely sufficient.
