Camping Les Plages de l’Ain is beautifully situated in a wooded area, some 30 km from Lyon. The campsite lies on the banks of the river l’Ain, a location guaranteed to offer children hours of fun. The campsite is a good base for walking and cycling trips or excursions in the area, such as Lyon or the medieval town of Pérouges.

Shaded or sun-drenched
The campsite makes a well maintained impression with spacious, level camping pitches on a grass surface and neat sanitary facilities. Some pitches are demarcated with greenery. Numerous trees ensure shaded pitches, but for sun lovers there are also sunny sites. The sizes of the pitches are not all the same. The pitches for tents are slightly smaller. Scattered over the grounds are mobile homes. bungalow tents and cheerful Coco tents.
Building dams in the river
Children are sure to enjoy themselves on this friendly campsite. They can indulge themselves in the playground, swim in the two small swimming pools or build dams in the river l'Ain, which can be reached via a direct access from the campsite. Fishing is allowed in the river and in high season canoeing and kayaking trips are organised.
Morning exercises and outdoor laser game
The swimming pool is in a sunny location. In the summer months you can start the day with sporty morning exercises. There is an outdoor laser game for aficionados. In high season you can enjoy regional dishes in the restaurant (limited menu). The friendly owner regularly organises activities during the months of July and August, such as a concert or barbecue.
