Fancy a beach holiday in France? Then Camping Au Paradis des Campeurs is highly recommended. This terraced campsite is situated directly on a sandy beach in La Gaillarde, on the Côte d'Azur. This is one of the most touristic areas of Southern Europe. And that is not surprising, because it is beautiful here. You are only eleven kilometres from beautiful towns such as Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël.

A quiet family campsite
After taking exit 36 on the A8 motorway towards Fréjus, it is only a twenty minute drive to the campsite. Once you arrive at the reception, you will be greeted by attentive receptionists. The size of the pitches varies, but they are generally spacious and offer a lot of privacy. There are some two hundred pitches on a seven hectare site. The sanitary facilities are good and are decorated with palm trees and other plants.
No camping equipment at your disposal? Then you have the choice of various rental accommodations, including mobile homes. These are suitable for groups of two to eight people. Camping at Au Paradis des Campeurs is possible the whole year round, as the campsite is open from 1 January to 31 December! The campsite's shops and restaurants are open from mid-March to the end of October.
Modest entertainment
Camping Au Paradis des Campeurs is a family campsite where peace and quiet come first. But there is a playground for the children. During the summer months (July and August) they can also go to the children's club. In addition, open-air cinema and dance evenings are sometimes organised. Hikers and cyclists (bike rental available) have a choice of routes that start directly from the campsite. This way you can easily reach surrounding villages such as Saint-Aygulf and San Peire.
By land or sea
As mentioned, the campsite is situated at the beach of La Gaillarde. You only have to cross a road and your feet are already in the sand. Bring a book, lay down your towel and enjoy the sunshine. There is also a special beach area where dogs are allowed. For sporty people, there are many activities to do on the beach and in the sea. Go swimming, boating, canoeing or jet skiing. Do you want something else than a day at the beach? Then go horseback riding, walking or cycling in the area.
Saint-Tropez
For a nice day out, take the boat from Les Issambres to the fashionable Saint-Tropez. It is an hour's sail, so let your hair down and enjoy the sea breeze and the view. Before you take the boat to Saint-Tropez, visit the flea market on the boulevard in Les Issambres. It takes place every Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.
