Le Courounba is a campsite for the whole family. Located at the edge of the Des Ecrins National Park, you camp with a splendid view of the mighty Alpine peaks. And all of this at a spacious pitch or in a luxurious mobile home. In the high season, you can get your daily rolls from the bakery at the campsite. The heart of the campsite is the lovely eco swimming pool with spacious sunbathing lawn. /p>

Camping with a view

The grounds look well-maintained and the campsites are neatly arranged. From the spacious camping pitches, you also have a magnificent view over the distant mountain peaks that jut high above the landscape. In addition to a pitch, you can also hire a mobile home. Some even have their own sanitation facility. But you can also use the campsite sanitary facilities guilt-free. These are very clean.

Sports and jumping

You can find most basic amenities at the campsite. In the high season, the bakery and snack bar are open, and you can find a pizzeria just outside the camp grounds. For the children, there is plenty to do at Le Courounba. The sports field lends itself to sports like basketball, football and volleyball. There are a few fun bouncy castles. In the high season, there is even an entertainment team.

Environmentally-friendly swimming pool

The central attraction of the campsite is the lovely eco swimming pool that is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing lawn. With a slide, climbing wall and a separate wading pool for the smallest children, there is entertainment for everyone here.

Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

Grote en schaduwrijke plek met mooi uitzicht. Helaas is dat ook het enige wat aan de verwachting voldeed. Het sanitair gebouw stonk en gaf te lauw water om je vaat mee te kunnen doen. De wc’s hebben geen bril of wc papier waardoor het 10 minuten na schoonmaken weer een bende is. Het zwembad was te koud voor jonge kinderen en het peutergedeelte bevat kleine steentjes waardoor geen kind erin wilde spelen. Bij binnenkomst moet je schoeisel opbergen om vervolgens over een scherp betonnen vloer heen te moeten lopen. Ook is het zwembad op zaterdag dicht om te rusten, want ecologisch. We hadden Nederlandse animatie verwacht maar dit was alleen frans bovendien hebben we ze niet buiten de tent actief gezien. De speeltuin is letterlijk een wipkip, pingpong tafel en 2 dezelfde springkussens. Uiteindelijk hebben we er een mooie tijd gehad maar we hadden andere keuzes gemaakt als we dit van tevoren wisten

Travelling party: Couple

mooie plek, super omgeving, maar groot nadeel is het zwembad, heeft maar beperkte capaciteit en het gebeurt dus geregeld dat zwemmen (zelfs tijdens een hittegolf) niet kan. het personeel gaat niet open met kritiek om. verder zijn voor een dergelijke camping eet en drink gelegenheden behoorlijk onder de maat. dat blijkt ook niet uit de website, dus de verwachtingen waren veel hoger dan de uiteindelijke ervaring
