Camping on the second largest island of France? Then you should go and visit Île d’Oléron. Camping Les Flots-Atlantique (formerly known as La Perroche Plage) is only a stone's throw away from Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron and the beach is nearby. Water sports enthusiasts are at the right place here, but families with small children will also feel at home. When you camp on Île d’Oléron, a visit to the colourful oyster huts in the vicinity of Le Chateau d’Oléron is definitely a must.

Upon arrival, you can see at a glance that the campsite has a large number of trees and shaded pitches. On the grass and under the trees you will find spacious, beautiful pitches to put up your tent or caravan.
Direct access to the beach
You can reach the beach via a footpath at the far end of the camping. This beach has quite a few rocks, but also sand. It is advisable to bring aqua shoes when you visit this campsite. In the Bay of La Perroche, 200 m from the camping, there is ample opportunity for water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and snorkelling. Do you have your own boat? Do not hesitate to bring it, as there is a jetty to moor your boat.
Child-friendly
Camping Les Flots-Atlantique is a moderately-sized campsite so that it is easy to maintain an overview. Parents can, therefore, let their children play on the camping without having to worry. Directly behind the reception is a large, enclosed playground where children can enjoy themselves. A bit further on you will find some sun loungers. A great place to relax while the children romp around in the playground.
