Op zich geen onaardige camping maar meedenken i.g.v. calamiteiten komt niet in hun boekje voor

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Mooie rustige camping met hele ruime plaatsen en veel schaduw. Sanitair wat verouderd maar zeer schoon. Fijn zwembad met ligbedden. Er is een winkeltje en een dagelijkse broodjesservice. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en werken enorm hard om de camping perfect te laten draaien. Het ligt alleen wat verde van het strand en het centrum. Fiets heb je dus wel nodig. Grijs water lozen kan makkelijk boven een rooster. Voor het vullen van de watertank is een gieter nodig, met een slang lukt het niet.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Camping Le Fief Melin is een prachtige, rustige camping op het mooie eiland Ile d\'Oleron. De camping is groen, heeft allerlei soorten plekken (van trekkersplekken tot grote plekken waar een vouwwagen (Jamet Louisiana), auto en een bijzettent kan worden geplaatst en dan nog ruimte over hebben om lekker te zitten in de Franse zon. De eigenaren zijn heel erg aardig en staan altijd voor je klaar. Het voelt voor ons als thuiskomen. De camping is de afgelopen jaren flink opgeknapt en verrast ons ieder jaar weer meer. Erg schoon! Het mooie zandstrand ligt op fietsafstand van de camping. Tevens bevindt de camping zich aan de route van de gratis pendelbus dus ook zonder fiets kun je overal komen.

Kortom, een echte aanrader en voor ons een echte 4-sterren camping.
