Camping de la Motte is located in the hilly countryside of the Vendée. You will find this campsite in the village of Vendrennes, an hour from the Atlantic coast. Fanciful camping pitches are situated around a pond and on spacious lawns. Ideal for both passers-by and families with children. The latter will especially enjoy one of the swimming pools. The campsite's restaurant serves tasty snacks and wines.

Camping with the goats

The pitches at de la Motte campsite are spacious. And for every camper there is a spot to his or her liking. On the fanciful and well-kept camping grounds you will find pitches between large hedges. But you can also choose a spot by the pond. Around which ponies and goats graze.

Passers-by and camping friends

This campsite is a great place for everyone. Whether you stay one night or camp for a fortnight. So it may well be that your neighbours are leaving the very next day. But you can also meet camping friends with whom your children will hang out for weeks.

Splash into the pool

Up the steps, down the slide, splash! Three water slides end up in the outdoor pool at de la Motte campsite. You will find the swimming pool just behind reception. But that's not all. Behind the outdoor pool (with whirlpool) is the indoor pool. There you can swim laps or have a splash with the little ones. Or pack your swimwear and towel for a day at the seaside! An hour's drive and you are on the beach of Saint-Jean-de-Monts.

Travelling party: Couple

An excellent stopover on the way from the Mediterranean back to the UK. Huge pitch, warm welcome, clean facilities. Excellent easy access from motorway. Would highly recommend.
