Camping Le Roc is in the Vendée department, a quiet region by the Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for a relaxed camping holiday, this campsite is an excellent spot. This campsite is popular among families and seniors in particular. The wide sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast are only six kilometres away, which means that an excursion to the sea is always within reach.

Pitches and accommodations

Camping Le Roc has spacious and well-kept pitches for tents and caravans, some of which are partially shaded. If you are arriving with a motorhome, there are special pitches for motorhome owners outside of the site with all of the necessary amenities. If you don't have your own camping equipment, you can choose from several clean mobile homes and bungalows.

Small but beautiful

Despite the modest size of the campsite, there are several good amenities. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a separate paddling pool for the youngest campsite visitors. There is also children’s entertainment during the holiday periods and evening activities are organised regularly. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves at the health club. Visit Vairé (1.6 km), only a three-minute drive, for a supermarket or restaurant.

Explore the area surrounding Vairé

Go to Lac du Jaunay (10 km), a peaceful lake in a green setting. The city of Les Achards (10 km), with all kinds of places of interest, is also in the vicinity. There are also several charming coastal resorts in the area, such as Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (22 km) and Bretignolles-sur-Mer (8.5 km). And a day at the sea is always possible as well (6 km).

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Liked - Was a really friendly site, well maintained and clean.
Disliked - Maybe a delivery of bread etc to office in morn and a small amount of essentials to buy?
