The three-star campsite Sun Océan is located between Les Sables d’Olonne and Jard-sur-Mer, on the outskirts of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire. This authentic medieval village is less than 5 minutes away from the beach. You can stay in a mobile home, a chalet, an Amazone hut or on a spot for your own caravan, motorhome or tent. You are camping here in a dynamic and hospitable region between the Atlantic Ocean and the flatlands of the Vendée.

Neat, well-tended campsite
This is a quiet, not too large campsite with a large number of pitches and a few mobile homes at the far end of the grounds. In short: very well-ordered. The terrain is neat and well maintained. From the reception you have an immediate view of the pitches and the swimming pool surrounded by greenery. The whole campsite makes a calm and laid-back impression as do most of the guests. The pitches are separated from each other by low hedges and shrubs, with many large trees providing shade.
Swimming pool and entertainment for children
At Sun Océan you will find a modest, heated outdoor pool with a separate toddler pool for the little ones. Around the pool you can relax on one of the loungers shaded by sun umbrellas. In peak season there is a shuttle bus to the beach of Veillon (six km). During this period entertainment for children and water aerobics are offered each day. You can keep an eye on the children in the swimming pool from the bar with terrace.
Cooking a meal
The campsite does not have a shop, but there is a Lidl supermarket across the street. You can buy enough ingredients there to whip up a camping meal.
