Les Chouans in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez is a large five-star campsite in Vendée, roughly two kilometres from the sea. It's just a 15-minute walk through the woods to the beach of sand and pebbles. This luxury family campsite boasts a fantastic swimming paradise and offers plenty of entertainment for both young and old. At this large holiday park, you have a wide choice of accommodation.

Beautiful camping terrain

The pitches are separated from each other by half-height hedges. There are trees scattered throughout the site. Les Chouans has many types of accommodation available for rent. There are mobile homes, premium cottages and eco lodges. All accommodation has a semi-covered terrace and television. The terrain is well-designed and maintained, including the rental accommodation, even though the mobile homes are very close together.

Safe water paradise

There is a spectacular swimming paradise next to the reception area. The heated outdoor pool boasts a gorgeous design with blue mosaic tile. There is also a large toddler pool with fun water jets as well as four water slides.

You can kick back and relax in the jacuzzi or drift along with the currents created in the swimming pool. The swimming pools are surrounded by palm trees, straw parasols and loungers. Lifeguards keep their eyes on the young swimmers (and the older ones!)

Entertainment for the whole family

During high season, Les Chouans offers an extensive entertainment and excursion programme for both children and adults. There is a mini club for the little ones and all kinds of activities are organised for teenagers. This means that you can often hear the music going until midnight. Luckily, the campsite is a good size and this won't affect you along the edges of the property. If you prefer peace and quiet during the evening, ask for a pitch farther away from the rumble of the festivities.
