Huttopia Noirmoutier campsite is a large campsite located on Île de Noirmoutier, on the west coast of France. You camp here on an elongated campsite directly on the beach on shady pitches or stay in one of the comfortable lodge tents. Explore the surroundings on a bike, take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean or go in search of shells, cockles and mussels on the beach.

Camping on the beach

Some pitches on the campsite are only separated from the beach by a wooden fence. Try to get hold of one of these spots, because these are the most beautiful. The campsite has space for almost four hundred touring pitches. These pitches are not all equally spacious - some are even small - but they are nicely situated under the tall pine trees.

In addition to the touring pitches, there are one hundred rental units. The lodge tents, whether furnished or not, are particularly well represented. The tents are spacious and quite luxurious, but they do make the campsite reasonably crowded. Especially at the front of the campsite you might find it rather busy.

Supermarket and snack bar

There is a small supermarket on the campsite, but this is not worth mentioning. However, within three kilometres you will find a larger supermarket for your daily groceries. The snack bar on the campsite is very special. It is located in a food truck. In this large aluminium 'Airstreamcaravan' you can order a pizza or french fries. Have a seat on the wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the shade of one of the parasols or the large trees.

Travelling party: Couple

Beetje vreemd beleid je moet vooraf betalen dus houd rekening met het aantal dagen dat je afneemt. Sanitair is vaak zanderig en vraag mij af of er regelmatig wordt schoongemaakt. Drinkwater is .stevig gechloreerd.

Travelling party: Group of friends

Prachtige locatie: heel dichtbij het strand en op loopafstand van het stadje. Echter door locatie ook lastige afbakening en toegankelijkheid van de individuele standplaatsen. Toiletgebouw was erg teleurstellend: zeer kleine toiletten zonder bril en bij schoonmaak geruime tijd geen toegankelijkheid.
