Le Pavillon is on the outskirts of the town of La Mothe-Achard in the Vendée (France). Here, you camp on a tree-filled site in an area mainly filled with vast meadows. You can plenty of great excursions in the area. You are only 20 kilometres from the charming coastal resort of Les Sables-d'Olonne, for example. If you drive 30 minutes inland, you will reach the lovely city of La Roche-sur-Yon. For families with children, the rope trails in recreational park Le Grand Défi (a 10-min drive) and the leisure pool and slides at O'Gliss Park (30 min) are highly recommended. Le Pavillon is a reasonably small but charming campsite that has a lovely aqua park and plenty of entertainment in the high season.

Park-like site with spacious grass pitches

This campsite's park-like site has spacious grass pitches, which are neatly demarcated, and most have lots of shade. If you'd rather hire accommodation, you can do that at Le Pavillon too. Here, you can spend the night in a mobile home, a chalet or a bungalow tent.

Wonderful swimming in an indoor and outdoor swimming pool

The water park is at the front of the site. You can't fail to notice the large outdoor swimming pool with its spectacular water slides. You can also swim here in cold or rainy weather, as the swimming pool has a retractable roof. The water in both swimming pools is heated to 27 degrees. There is a paddling pool with a fountain next to the outdoor swimming pool.

Liked - Camping agréable et bien placé, à 30 min des sables d'Olonne et des différentes activités à faire dans les alentour. Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine et son toboggan.
Disliked - Nous étions en dernière semaine d'aout, les animations proposées le soir étaient plutôt sympa, une soirée cabaret très chouette!

Liked - Séjour très agréable au camping l’équipe était agréable à l’écoute activité était toutes gratuites et non payantes comme c’était marqué dans les commentaires les enfants ont adoré merci beaucoup camping familial le recommande pour toutes personnes qui veulent être tranquille avec les enfants vraiment un camping top
Disliked - Faire plus d’animations autour de la piscine si possible faire des animations comme des animations olympiades etc pour les enfants

Liked - Ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse. Accueil positif, l’étang, les jeux sont très bien.
Disliked - Les horaires du bar ne conviennent pas. On devrait pouvoir boire un café le matin et des boissons fraîches début d'après-midi.
La piscine couverte devrait avoir les parois fermées quand il pleut.
Il manque des animations pour les enfants afin de libérer les adultes qui pourraient participer aux concours de pétanque etc...
Il manque des porte manteaux dans les toilettes pour accrocher le sac.
Il manque un sèche linge

Liked - Le camping est bien équipé, les infos sont claires (on ne galère pas à trouver des poubelles ou mes jeux enfants ou autre...), l'accueil est très bien, l'espace piscine est parfait, avec une partie couverte (bien qd trop de soleil ou quand il fait moins chaud).
Nous n'avons pas expérimenté la "vie de camping" c'était seulement de l'hôtellerie pour visiter des amis.
Disliked - L'emplacement des tentes en bord de voie ferrée, c'est bof. On entend aussi beaucoup la voie express qui passe au loin.
Pas de bar le samedi soir en arrivant, étrange !
Pas assez de places pour se garer à l'extérieur quand on rentre tard.
