Camping Les Grésillons is between the vineyards of Anjou. Located in the heart of the Centre-Val de Loire region and on the banks of the River Layon, the charming French rural life embraces every camper at this campsite. If you love historic towns and villages, the countryside and relaxing in natural surroundings, this is the perfect place for you. Les Grésillons is close to the village of Saint-George-sur-Layon and the town of Doué-la-Fontaine.

The site

The pitches for caravans and motorhomes are up the top and easy to reach. In terms of pitches, they are spacious and of various sizes. But what they all have in common is that they are beautifully landscaped, framed by bushes. From some pitches you have breathtaking panoramic views of the valley of the Layon.

Various types of bungalows can be hired at this campsite, which are ideal for families with children. There are three types: Isabelle (four people), Olga (five people) and Laura (six people).

Swimming and playing sports together

Fancy a swim? The campsite has a heated swimming pool in a sunny spot. Families with children are more than welcome. There is a heated paddling pool by the swimming pool, for example.

If you'd like a nice ice cream after your swim, you can get one from reception. For daily groceries, there are small shops in the village or a supermarket in Saint-Georges-sur-Layon (1 km).

Furthermore, young and old can have fun on the beach volleyball court, the pétanque area or on the table tennis tables. For the littlest ones, there is a special nursing area, complete with a changing table and a baby bath.

Liked - Very warm welcome. Helpful and very friendly staff. Nice site with good pitches, fabulous little swimming pool and everything kept clean and very well organised. Thanks!
