Camping L'Isle Verte is a beautifully located campsite, right on the banks of the Loire. The campsite is situated in the charming village of Montsoreau in Maine-et-Loire. This is a good starting point to visit the castles, caves and vineyards in the area. In addition, many cyclists use this campsite as a stopover. There are even special accommodations available for them.

Pitches with river view
Along the shore you will find a strip of camping pitches and accommodations. An attractive area with a view over the river at many places. Most of the touring pitches are neatly demarcated and therefore have a lot of privacy. In terms of rental accommodation, there are various types of mobile homes, chalets and lodge tents available. Special are the bivouac tents. These are built on poles and equipped with LED lighting, telephone charging systems and of course beds. Bivouac tents are rented out to cyclists who stay overnight at this campsite while taking the popular Loire à Vélo cycle route.
Swimming fun and creative entertainment
he swimming pool of this campsite is a nice place to take a refreshing dip. Because of the size of the pool it is also possible to swim laps. Enjoy the sun on the sunbeds around the pool. If you prefer to lie in the shade, just slide your sun bed under one of the parasols. In high season an entertainment team organises all kinds of fun activities.
Tasty dishes and local wines
The campsite has a pleasant restaurant where guests can enjoy tasty salads, sandwiches, pizzas and meat dishes. The accompanying pavement café is a pleasant place to stay. Once a week there is live music in the restaurant. Occasionally wine tastings are organised at the campsite.
