Camping de Coulvée is situated near Chemillé in the Anjou. Characteristic for this region are the vineyards, picturesque villages and the many castles in the Loire Valley such as Château de Saumur and Château d'Angers.

Comfort pitches

The campsite makes a well maintained impression and the pitches are spacious. The pitches are separated by hedges and shrubs, offering some privacy. Many pitches have water, electricity and are shaded. The comfort pitches are all shaded. There are several separate, non-demarcated cyclist pitches without facilities.

Swimming in a reservoir

This is a fairly quiet and small-scale campsite popular with senior citizens as well as families. Here the small river empties into a reservoir. You can swim here under the watchful eye of a lifeguard. There are pedal boats for rent. Fishing is allowed in the lake and you can buy a fishing permit near the campsite. Adjacent to the campsite is a beach where children can play and enjoy the sun.

Children's club in high season

Campsite le Coulvée has a games room where you can play billiards and table football. There is also a TV room. Children between six and twelve can join a supervised children's club in high season, where they can play games, do crafts, cook or go on treasure hunts. During the day you can get ice cream, coffee and other drinks from the small bar. The terrace is located near the beach. In July and August you can also get fresh bread each day. For a great start to your day.

"Small, well-kept, cozy campsite located on a water reservoir with private guarded beach, on the edge of a charming village. Marked pitches separated by hedges and shrubs. In the village are many facilities, shops and attractions. The region lends itself particularly for bicycle tours and trips."

Travelling party: Couple

Voor ons geen plek om lang te blijven. Een continue lucht alsof er een varkens of geitenstal in de buurt is en het sanitair waarbij vreemde keuzes zijn gemaakt. Verlichting werkt met schakelaar en tijdklok. Hierdoor kan het aardedonker worden wanneer je onder de douche of op het toilet bent. Het invalidentoilet is continu bezet omdat dat het enige goed ingerichte toilet is.
En in de afwasruimte het verzoek ophangen om het schoon te houden en vervolgens geen afvalbak plaatsen…

Sanitair niet fris. Diverse werklui die daar vertoeven en weer heel vroeg op pad gaan. En last nut not least: heel veel steekvliegen.
mooie lokatie aan het meer met ruime plaatsen. Gras wordt bijna niet gemaaid en stond vrij hoog.
