"Quiet campsite near the beach of Pornichet. The campsite is largely divided into fields with about 10 plots, the fields are separated by green hedges, between the plots some trees for shade. The great beach promenade of Pornichet and La Baule is approximately 1 km away with the famous Crescent-shaped crowded beach."

Travelling party: Seniors

Verzorgde camping met mooie grote plaatsen. Ca. 150 plaatsen, 50% kampeerplaatsen en 50% mobilhomes.
Geen aparte camperplaatsen, campers staan tussen caravans en tenten. Dat vonden wij ongezellig, die blijven meestal 1 of enkele dagen. Uit onze tent keken we paar dagen op grote witte camper, één grote witte muur :-(
Voor gemengd gebruik warme douches en toiletten (worden goed schoongemaakt).
In bar brood/snacks/pizza’s te bestellen; thema-avonden met mosselen of burgers en activiteiten als bingo (in het Frans) en karaoke.
Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren.
Bijna geen Nederlanders, dat vonden wij geen bezwaar.
Op 10 minuten lopen van strand en vanaf daar via mooi kustwandelpad naar Pornichet.
Op 5 autominuten supermarkt Carrefour. Goedkoper tanken kan je beter bij de verderop gelegen Intermarche.
Mooie plaatsjes zijn Guerande, Le Croisic. Ook Nantes is een bezoek meer dan waard, je kan er heen met de trein. Kaartjes koop je online of in het station (automaat/loket, let wel op de openingstijden). Je koopt kaartje met vertrektijd, is dat tijdstip vol dan kan je voor die vertrektijd geen kaartje kopen.
Ook mooi zijn het gehucht Kerhinet en kasteelruïne bij Ranrouët in het natuurpark Brière.
Op Komoot staan rondwandelingen bij Le Croisic, La Turballe (langs zoutpannen en schiereiland richting Le Croisic) en moerasgebied Brière (Hier zijn ook georganiseerde boottochten/huifkartochten).
