Camping Les Pommiers d'Aiguelèze is a friendly family campsite in the Tarn department, about twenty kilometres west of ancient Albi. From your shady pitch on the campsite it's only a five minute walk to the river Tarn, where you can take a boat or canoe out on the water.

Shady pitches
A little over fifty touring pitches have been created on the well-kept campsite. These pitches are often shaded by shrubs and trees, which provide delimitation and privacy. The newer part of the campsite has a more open character: here the planting is still quite young, the pitches are less shaded. With an added thirty rental accommodations, campsite Les Pommiers d'Aiguelèze is quite small.
On or near the Tarn
Only a few hundred meters walk and you're standing on the river Tarn. This name giver of the department meanders from Albi along the campsite in the direction of Gaillac. Not far from the campsite there is a small harbour, from where you can navigate the wide river by boat, canoe or pedal boat. The river is also suitable for various water sports. Also on the campsite you can enjoy the water; the swimming pool is located on the edge of the campsite, behind the restaurant with the pavement café.
A local wine at the pavement café
Colourful bistro chairs under the trees, a local wine on the table; a perfect wayto enjoy the warm summer evenings. On Sundays you can participate in the ‘table d’hôte’ for a very reasonable price.
