Right on the border of Tarn and Aveyron, in the south of France, you’ll find campsite La Prade. You camp here on the banks of the river Viaur. For those looking for peace and quiet, this is a lovely place. Children can play in the shallow water of the river. The swimming pool is also popular with the little ones. In the vicinity are some of the most beautiful medieval villages of France.

Small-scale camping by the river

On this small-scale campsite everyone will find a suitable pitch under the trees. The pitches are situated between shrubs, giving you a lot of privacy. And there is always shade from a tree. The most beautiful pitches are probably on the banks of the river. You don't come with your own caravan, campervan or tent? Then you can opt for a mobile home or cosy mini hut.

A football match or walk in nature?

The centre of conviviality on the campsite is the little restaurant. Sit in the shade of a tree and enjoy a plate of artisan chips. And a cool drink of course. For the children there is more than enough space to play. The large lawns invite you to a football match. Would you like to take a beautiful walk in nature? From the campsite there are several footpaths into the woods and hills.

Fresh breakfast

Owners Nadine and Giles take good care of their customers. Be pampered in the high season with a fresh breakfast in the early morning. Prefer to eat in peace and quiet in front of your caravan or tent? Then pick up your fresh rolls at the restaurant. Also the place for dinner.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Liked - All. The cleanness of the facility, friendlyness off the staff. Also available info and services in the reception.
Disliked - If possible ... The bread, croissants and so on a little bit earlier. Nine o'clock is a little late to start breakfast.
