Liked - We stayed here for two nights to meet up with friends and to see the town. The site was easy to find, well located near the river with great variety for walks with the dogs. It's an interesting town with bags of character, plenty of bars and restaurants plus independent shops.
Disliked - The location of water taps could be more clearly indicated.

Travelling party: Young couple
Liked - Location was excellent, staff friendly, lovely pool. On a very hot day pool staff extended opening time.
Disliked - We had kitchen /bathroom annex, fridge door was damage and kitchen had been left grubby. Booked a 8.30am inspection but had to chase it up and didn't get seen until 9am as we had a 8 hour drive ahead of us.

Liked - We were allocated a pitch which already had someone pitched up in however we were soon given an alternative pitch. Restaurant was very good. Food was lovely!
Lovely village nearby and access to the river. The pool area is nice but didn’t use as weather not sunny on our visit.
showers were hot.
Disliked - Sanitary block very dated and no toilet roll. No toilets at the pool or bar area.

We u se this site as a stopover on our way to and from Spain, usually for a couple of nights on the way down and several nights on the way back. We look forwards to visiting the surrounding area which has a lot to offer. The pitches are roomy and facilities excllent and clean. There are food facilites and the last time we partook in some good old fish and chips. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Disliked - Noise from the path by the river, kids with loud music, shouting and motorbikes all throughout the night.
