Camping Les Angeles is just outside the village of Cézan, in the middle of Gers, one of the sunniest and rural departments of France. The last kilometres on route to this well 'hidden' campsite are on narrow rural roads through a undulating landscape. Once at the campsite, you will only hear the sound of birds and crickets. Furthermore, (in clear weather) you can enjoy amazing views over the peaks of the Pyrenees, and you can admire the stunning starry sky at night.

This campsite was taken over by a hospitable Dutch family in 2023, and they wasted no time modernising the campsite. The two toilet blocks, the hire accommodation and the playgrounds have been renovated.

Spacious pitches with sun and shade

This campsite has small-scale camping grounds with mainly tourist pitches. Most of the pitches have natural demarcation. Almost every camping pitch at Camping Les Angeles is set up so that you have both sun as well as shade. You can book overnight stays in a modern safari tent, chalet or mobile home.

Themed evenings, crafting hours and a wonderful swimming pool

Gers is one of the sunniest and one of the warmest regions in France (in the summer). The campsite has a wonderful swimming pool to cool down in. There is also a charming restaurant where you can enjoy a fresh lunch, evening meal or drinks platter. Furthermore, entertainment is sometimes organised at Camping Les Angeles in the form of fun themed evenings. When there are enough children at the campsite, they sometimes organise crafting hours.

Travelling party: Young couple

De camping ligt in een prachtig, heuvelachtig gebied, door de lage ligging (150m) blijft de temperatuur `s nachts ook aangenaam. Winkels, restaurants en dorpjes zijn op fietsafstand (elektrisch) of op 20 min rijden met de auto. Fiets en wandelroutes (incl. restaurant tips) zijn beschikbaar op de camping.
Het restaurant heeft een, voor camping begrippen, uitgebreide kaart en de gerechten zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit.
De camping werkt samen met een lokale brouwer en wijnboer.
De toiletgebouwen zijn gerenoveerd, toiletten zijn schoon en voorzien van wc bril. Douches zijn van aangename temperatuur, goede straal en in alle cabines bevinden zich meerdere haakjes. Naast de dagelijkse schoonmaak worden de toiletgebouwen meerdere keren inspecteert en waar nodig extra schoongemaakt.
Wasmachine beschikbaar via de receptie.
De sfeer op de camping is gemoedelijk. Rust wanneer je dit nodig hebt, aanspraak en een gezellig potje jeu de boules als hier zin in hebt.
Kortom: aanrader!

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in de meivakantie met onze twee (tiener)kinderen. De nieuwe eigenaren hebben van deze plek echt een heerlijke charmecamping voor rust én gezelligheid gemaakt. En zo gastvrij! Het restaurant serveert heerlijke diners en lunches, van simpele burgers en pizza's tot de lekkerste confit de canard die we ooit gegeten hebben. Wij komen deze zomer nog terug!

Travelling party: Seniors

Een prachtige, goed verzorgde camping op een mooie plek in de Gers. Het sanitaire gebouw is compleet gerenoveerd en in één woord top. De beheerders zijn super aardig en heel behulpzaam. In het restaurant kun je heerlijk eten… alles vers. Afhalen van maaltijden is ook mogelijk. ‘s Morgens is er vers brood af te halen.
