Only a stone's throw from the Cévennes National Park you'll find the small campsite Les 2 Vallées. Here you're in an area with many forests near the charming village of Nant. A stream flows along the campsite. The campsite is very suitable for seekers of peace and quiet and for families with (small) children.

Green hills

The campsite has many trees and shades and offers a view of the green rolling hills around it. In some places you have a lovely view of Beynac Castle. A little stream runs along the property, as well as a train track, and on the property itself there is a fish pond.

The pitches are located in rows along paved roads. The pitches are reasonably large, demarcated with low hedges and well maintained. You can choose a spot with (some) shade or in the full sun. Want to hire something? Book one of the many mobile homes or bungalows.

Intimate swimming pool

The rectangular swimming pool is intimate and has loungers with thatched parasols around it, and is a great spot to cool off and get some peace and quiet. There is a fence around the swimming pool, so that the little ones in the nearby playground cannot fall into the water.

Entertainment

Children can play in the playground (with teeter totters, swings and a table tennis table). There is also (English) children's entertainment. But you can have hours of fun at the jeu-de-boules pitch, the outdoor fitness equipment and on the volleyball court.

Snack bar with terrace

There is a snack bar with a little terrace on the campsite. You can also get take-away meals. There is also fresh bread available every day.

Travelling party: Group of friends

Liked - Had a good two week stay here, camping. Slight problem when my electricity cable was too short to reach the electric hub, however, Audrey provided a solution. Food sold at the camp site bar was basic (burgers, sausage and frites etc) but good and the Salade Aveyronaise was particularly good. Camp site is a 15 min walk to Nant where there are restaurants, boulangerie, a superb butcher, and an excellent Pizzeria.
Disliked - None that come to mind.

Liked - Small, friendly site in a location that is tranquil yet close to places worth visiting. Lydie and Lionel are delightful and always make us feel welcome. This is a special place.
