Camping Domaine de Longemer near Xonrupt-Longemer is a wonderful holiday address for anyone wanting a wonderful stay in the mountains. Here, you can enjoy the impressive natural beauty of the French Vosges to the full. There are all kinds of things to do on and around the campsite. These include endless walks or bike rides through the richly wooded mountains, water sports on Lac de Longemer, or enjoying the swimming pool or entertainment at the campsite itself.

Spaciously appointed site

Domaine de Longemer is a playfully appointed site where camping pitches are clearly in the majority. You have plenty of space on and around your pitch. Glamping lovers will also have a wonderful time here. You can book a stay in a luxury holiday home, a comfortable safari tent or a cosy hiker's cabin.

Get in the mood with a welcome drink

Every Monday in the high season, there are welcome drinks for new campsite guests at the snack bar's patio. The activities programme for the following week is also announced at the same time. Entertainment at Camping Domaine de Longemer includes fancy dress parties, crafting hours, sports tournaments, quizzes and musical evenings. There is also a wellness zone and an indoor swimming pool. You can also swim in the natural water of Lac de Longemer.

Liked - Really lovely setting in the high Vosges. We were cycling we’d used this as a base.
Criticisms - pitch was slightly muddy, and two large beers were 24 euros in the bar.
Ps. Lovely restaurant called auberge du lac about 5 mins walk away - book ahead.

Liked - Extremely well equipped accommodation with all the extras that you need; loungers, umbrella, utensils. Location was excellent for Gérardmer, cycling routes, walking.
Disliked - Would be nice to have some bread on sale if you had not ordered the night before.
