Camping Domaine des Messires lies in an idyllic setting amidst nature next to the Regional Nature Park of the Vosges. The region is known for its vast panoramas and forests, making this an ideal destination for hikers and cyclists. On your way to the campsite you will pass green fields and a number of small villages. The capital of the region, Épinal, is only half an hour's drive from the campsite. It is one of the many locations in the region with beautiful sights and a rich history.

Unique location on a private lake

Passing through a stately gate, guests enter the attractive campsite which is spaciously laid out. The campsite is situated around a large portion of a clear lake. The lake is easily accessible over a sandy beach and if you bring your own boat, you can just sail away from the shore. Maybe you will come face to face the 'pet' beaver. There are five canoes on the campsite, which camping guests are allowed to use for free. Fishing enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here. There are several pathways for walkers and there is a route around the lake. If you want to do some mountain biking, you can hire one on the campsite.

Under the trees and by the water

A large selling point for Camping Domaine des Messires is the location of many pitches by the water's edge. There are also pitches around the small playground and close to the other facilities. Seekers of peace and quiet will favour a pitch on the perimeter of the campsite, where you also have a splendid view over the water.

Wat een parel onder de campings. Locatie pal aan een prachtig privé meer. Super gastvrije eigenaren. Ruime plekken en prima en schoon sanitair. Een absolute aanrader.

Wij zijn eind juni hier op vakantie geweest.
Het is een prachtige camping gelegen aan een mooi privemeer.
De plekken zijn ruim en er is veel schaduw van bomen.
Veel plekken liggen vlak bij het water. Een aantal zelfs aan het water met een eigen steigertje.
Je kunt in het meer lekker afkoelen, zwemmen en vissen. Kanos en sups mag je gratis gebruiken.
In de omgeving kun je heerlijk fietsen. Wel is het soms wat pittig door de hoogteverschillen.
Het sanitair is prima en wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt.
Op een afstand van 4 a 5 km zijn grote supermarkten aanwezig.
Kortom een echte aanrader.

Hele fijne rustige camping, ruime plaatsen met schaduw. Je kijkt uit op een klein meertje/ plas. Je kan gratis een kano huren en een leuk rondje wandelen om de plas. Wij konden helaas niet eten op de camping, blijkbaar was het restaurant in september dicht, dat was wel jammer. Verder erg genoten van de plek! Je kan vissen maar helaas niks gevangen.

Prachtige kampeerplaatsen aan het meer met schoon en helder water. Uiterst vriendelijke en hulpvaardige Nederlandse beheerders. Fijn terras boven het water. Rustig in het voorseizoen en gezellig in het hoogseizoen.

Geweldige camping aan een klein schoon meer. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren.
Plekken groot met water en electra.
Fijne wandeling rond het meertje te maken. Ook in deze prachtige omgeving is veel wandelen mogelijk
Broodservice is uitstekend geregeld.
Sanitair is prachtig. Goed heet water voor de afwas. Fijne ruime douchecabines en toiletten.
Wij komen hier heel graag weer terug.

Wij zijn hier twee jaar geleden ook geweest voor èèn week en dat is ons toen zo goed bevallen dat wij hier vorig jaar ook naar toe wilden gaan.
Echter door omstandigheden kon dit geen niet doorgaan.
Maar dit jaar voor twee hele weken genoten op, aan en van deze camping.
Zo goed zelf dat wij volgend jaar weer gaan

Vanaf 15 juni 2020 ruim twee weken pal aan de oever van het meer gestaan met onze caravan. Geweldig uitzicht, heerlijk meer om te vissen, te varen en te zwemmen. Ontzettend gastvrije Nederlandse eigenaars die altijd tijd voor een geïnteresseerd gesprek maken. Zelfs in deze nerveuze coronatijden konden we weer een volledig ontspannen vakantie vieren op dit prachtige plekje.
