If you are looking for a small-scale campsite in a typical French rural environment, we can recommend Fonclaire Holidays. The campsite is located in the outskirts of the village of Blond in the department of Haute-Vienne (Limousin). You camp in a rural, hilly area with lots of wooded areas. A few kilometres southeast is Monts de Blond, a beautiful nature reserve. The campsite, run by hospitable Brits, invites you to swim, fish and just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Open camping meadow and various opportunities for glamping

As a campsite visitor, you will have a pitch on an open field of grass. Will you decide to book a pitch at Fonclaire Holidays? Keep in mind that about half of the pitches have their own electricity connection. Moreover, as a campsite visitor, you will have access to a modern toilet block that also has private bathrooms available. Those who love glamping can stay overnight in a completely furnished safari tent or a luxurious holiday home.

Have fun swimming, participating in sports and fishing

Those who love participating in sports outdoors will feel right at home at this campsite. First of all, there is a great outdoor swimming pool. The pool water is heated to an agreeable temperature. You can also have fun playing football, table tennis and badminton. Children can play in the playground or play one of the fun board games that can be borrowed at the campsite. There are also two lakes for excellent fishing. The campsite is right next to some woods, where hiking enthusiasts can follow the Woodland Walk.
