Camping Le Garel is a small-scale nature campsite near the town of Poussan in the southern French Hérault. This is a very green campsite with many different types of trees. Here people still work with love for nature. There is a relaxed atmosphere at the campsite, so you choose your own pitch. There is a beautiful swimming pool with sliding roof.

Choose your favourite pitch

The pitches at Camping Le Garel are very green and well maintained. New campers can choose their own pitch. Will you choose a free spot on a grassy field surrounded by trees, or do you prefer a neatly delimited spot? Feel free to tell Danielle. Besides touring pitches, there are mobile homes and two Coco Sweets available. A Coco Sweet is a combination of a tent and a mobile home.

Swim in the indoor swimming pool

Centrally located on the campsite grounds, there is a swimming pool with an accompanying paddling pool. This is a pool which, depending on the weather, can be covered by a sliding roof. This is a multi-purpose pool: both sporty lane trekkers and people who just want to take a refreshing dive can go here. Furthermore, the nearest beaches are about ten kilometres away. Swimming in the sea is therefore also possible from this campsite.

Breakfast service and shopping

A small selection of groceries is available in the reception building. Think about fresh bread for your breakfast, but also some regional products and (soft) drinks. You don't have to drive far to do your shopping. In the nearby villages of Poussan and Gigean (at 1,5 km from the campsite) there are several good supermarkets.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

camping eigenaar en personeel doen hun best om er wat van te maken. er was echter nog wel wat aandacht nodig hier en daar. bij aankomst lagen er nog lege blikjes bier op het plekje. lastige opgang voor grote caravans, maar het ging net met onze caravan van 7.80,. sanitair is goed schoon en netjes. zwembad oogde wat onverzorgd met blad etc. wel lekker verkoelend. de plaatsen zijn heel ruim.
er zitten wel heel veel muggen en wespen, maar daar kan de camping weinig aan doen. goed en vaak insmeren en dan is het te doen. de ligging is prima, sete met mooie strandjes is dichtbij en ook montpelier en de stranden daar zijn leuk om een te bezoeken voor een dagtochtje. broodservice aanwezig en je kunt er een ijsje of fles koud water etc krijgen op de receptie. receptie reageert heel snel op mail (bij reserveren de dag voor onze aankomst).
