Campsite La Mer is located in Cap d’Agde, the coastal area of the southern French city of Agde. The campsite is situated almost right on the Mediterranean coast, which makes it a perfect home base for many days at the beach. Furthermore, the campsite is an ideal starting point for city trips. From Cap d’Agde, you can get to beautiful French cities such as Carcassonne, Narbonne and Montpellier in no time. If you need to get some grocery shopping, then go on the bike! The local shops are very easy to reach.

Two parts

You will be warmly welcomed to the campsite grounds by Geraldine and Renée Pouget. The many (palm) trees will also heartily receive you. The campsite can roughly be divided into two parts. The pitches are mainly on the right side of the campsite and the left side is reserved for the accommodation.

With the whole family

Campsite La Mer is a real family campsite. There is plenty of entertainment, especially in the summer. Various games and sports tournaments are organised here. The bouncy castle also provides plenty of fun for the little ones. And of course, you can take a trip to the beach to build sandcastles every day.

Béziers

At 25 kilometres from the campsite is where you will find Béziers, one of France’s oldest towns. The town is an amazing sight: The River Orb flows through it, the cathedral stands out above everything and there are little old houses with orange roofs. The best way to drive into Béziers is from a south-westerly direction. You then go over the old bridge and you are almost directly at the cathedral, a must see.

Travelling party: Couple

Nous y avons passé une nuitée en camping car. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse formidable, l’emplacement est top et nous sommes proches de la mer (à moins de cent mètres). Sanitaire très propre. Une petite faim pour se faire un petit restaurant, direction le mail de Rochelongue (15 minutes à pied). Je recommande ce camping. A refaire sans aucun doute.

Camping très agréable avec une propriétaire et son entourage d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Très beaux sanitaires d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien aménagés, jamais vu ce système pour les enfants. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir.

Camping sans chichi, simple propre à 300 mètres de la mer. Je ne suis pas une habituée ses campings mais ... j\'ai trouvé le personnel pas sympa du tout, à tirer la gu..., jamais un bonjour, ni un merci. On a l\'impression de les déranger. Pour avoir des infos sur le fonctionnement c\'est la catastrophe. En fait c\'est un camping pour les habitués qui y vont depuis plus de 10 ans...

nous avons séjourné 4 jours pour l\'ascension au camping la mer à cap d\'adge, le personnel est formidable, le lieu est super juste à côté de la mer ( on y accéde par un petit chemin à la sortie du camping et de plus on peut aller jusqu\'au village balnéaire en toute sécurité). je recommande activement ce camping qui est très très propre, on y retournera

Ça fait 6 ans que je vais à ce camping j en ai fait d autres au cap d agde et je me suis arrêter à celui la et y est rester.
Propre.
100m de la plage grande et propre.
Camping familial calme et le personnel est très bien.
