Liked - A very warm welcome from the Manager. He explained various activities on the site. The first pitch we were given was not suitable and he allowed us to change straight away. We often saw him during the day always with a cheery smile.
Disliked - The swimming pool was Bio-Mineral and I presume because of this chemicals were not used. Unfortunately the steps to the pool were very slippy and dangerous to use and there was no handrail. I complained to the Manager and he sent the maintenance man to clean them but they were no better. Other people also were not happy about the steps and one gentleman slipped badly in front of us. I think that this problem needs addressing before there is a nasty accident.

Liked - We had a great time at this site. The welcome was warm and friendly and remained so throughout our stay. The pitches are generous with hedging and trees offering privacy and a little shade.
The water block is luxurious and kept meticulously clean.
Great pool area to swim and relax in the sunshine. The fresh water pool is a rare treat.
Events organised by Gil were top notch........welcome meeting, village walk and moules evening ( best moules I have ever eaten!)
The area offers great cycling, walking and wine tasting with tasty, reasonably priced food available at a local restaurant.
Disliked - Absolutely nothing!

Liked - We were placed in a smaller pitch no. 67 (suspect was not a Confort), but since it was low season, we asked to change. The one we stayed in (no. 58) was much larger and private. Cleanliness of the bathroom facilities. Paid WiFi was quick and consistent, at EUR13 for 3 days with 4 devices.
Disliked - Operational hours of the campsite office. During low season it is closed from 11h30 to 16h00. We ordered breakfast but missed the pick-up time. Since we have paid for WiFi, the staff could send a msg or ride the bike to our pitch and remind us. They also locked half of the WC, showers and lavabos, shut down the hairdryers during low season, and we had to wait some time to use the facilities as they were full. Would be great if they have a small bar/cafe to serve drinks and snacks. Since dogs are allowed, would be better if there is a designated area for them to do their "businesses".
