The Huttopia Rambouillet campsite is located in the middle of a vast forest some fifty kilometres south-west of Paris. Here, nature is your camping spot: you can stay in beautiful hiker's huts, lodge tents or on camping pitches under trees. With a natural swimming pool, a fishing lake and summer entertainment, there is plenty to do for everyone.

Camping under the trees
Camping at the Huttopia Rambouillet campsite is tantamount to camping in unspoilt nature. The vast wooded area provides a sense of freedom. The delimited pitches are located under the tall trees of the Rambouillet forest. Shadow can be found everywhere. The large lodge tents, caravans and hiker's cabins are also - partly - in the shade of the trees. Some rental accommodation can be found directly by the fishing lake.
Swimming, of course!
At the entrance to the campsite, on the left, is the natural swimming pool. This swimming pool, with a separate area for toddlers, is kept clean naturally and therefore contains no chlorine. Right next to the campsite is a large lake, the Etang d'Or. Here anglers can cast their fishing rod, and around the lake is a great place for walking.
One large playground
The Huttopia Rambouillet campsite is not really a children's campsite, but children will have a great time there. Of course, the forest is one big playground where they can play to their heart's content. In high season, entertainment is provided in a mini-club. With crafts and treasure hunts on the programme. There is also summer entertainment for adults, especially in the form of live concerts in the evening. Not a very extensive entertainment programme, but enough to amuse yourself for a day/evening.
