The campsite Verte Rive lies in the green Vallée de l'Ognon. You are camping here within walking distance of the river de Ognon where you can kayak and swim. This small-scale campsite is quiet and green. Within walking distance of the campsite (seven hundred metres) is the village of Cromary, where you can, by arrangement, visit the lovely garden "Le Jardin du Presbytère". Here you will find a vegetable garden, fruit trees a rock garden and lots of other lovely things.

We hebben hier een week gestaan met een kleine camperbus en een aanhanger met motor. Gd verzorgde, kleine en rustige camping aan een riviertje waarin je bij warm weer verkoeling kunt zoeken. Ruim voldoende en zeer schone sanitaire voorzieningen. Bijzonder vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaren, die ervoor zorgen dat je je welkom voelt. Op de camping kun je kano's huren voor een tocht op de rivier. Eigenaren spreken ook Nederlands, wat de communicatie voor ons makkelijk maakte.
