Camping Seasonova Le Martinet is an idyllic spot on the quiet banks of the Loire, close to the historic and tourist city of Briare (a 10-minute walk). The campsite is an oasis of peace and relaxation, in a perfect location for cyclists wanting to explore the lovely Loire à Vélo route. The touring pitches are spacious, partly demarcated by hedges and have enough shade. Great bonus: you can pick your own pitch. If you don’t have your own camping equipment, they offer some hire accommodation such as mobile homes and safari tents.

Sports and games

Information about the region is available at the campsite reception. Here, you can order fresh bread for the following morning to start your day well. Discover the amenities the campsite has to offer, including table tennis, a playground, jeu de boules and miniature golf. There is a small but lovely heated swimming pool in the summer.

Nature by the Loire

At Camping Seasonova Le Martinet, you experience nature up close, with options to discover the varied flora and fauna of the Loire. Here, there are no fewer than 60 types of dragonflies, beavers, peacocks and many bird species. Vast pine forests, the sunning Loire Valley and castles such as Château de Trousse-Barrière and Château de la Bussière are in the surrounding area.

"Quiet campsite along the Loire river, near the touristical Briare-le-Canal, known for its waterworks and the Canal Bridge over the Loire. Ideal for cyclists (bike trail "Loire à vélo "). The campground has partly by hedges marked pitches with some shade."

Liked - Platz in der Nebensaison angenehm wegen der Parzellengrösse und wenig Gäste.
Briare ist hübsch.
Disliked - Das Empfangspersonal war gestresst und panisch. Fast nicht ansprechbar!

Liked - Near to the town, quiet, nice big pitches. Lots of sun.
Disliked - Shower/toilet block needs refurbishing. All areas need a good clean from cobwebs. Washing up sinks need a good bleach. No information given on arrival.

Liked - Because of the time of year we found this site fairly quiet for its size. Peaceful was top of the ticks .
Disliked - Although the toilets and showers were very functional but dated . I thought that they could have been cleaner

Liked - Lovely and clean site with excellent facilities.
Very impressed with the company and the communication throughout the booking process.
I will definitely holiday with Seasonova gain.
Disliked - Can't think of any improvements that were needed.

Liked - Les emplacements Sont bon, beaucoup de l'ombre. Le camping est bieb situé.
Disliked - Le sanitair n'etais pas nettoyer pendant notre séjour. Le camping n'etait pas fermé la nuit. Il y avait des voitures qui roulaient la nuit.

Liked - Jean Charles was lovely and helpful.
Disliked - Pool was way too small for the campsite.
Pool was dirty.
Pool had too much chlorine in it and hurt my kids eyes before they even dunked.
Toilets often didn't have toilet paper.
Pressure on the shower was poor.

We paid for 3 nights and left after 1.

Travelling party: Seniors

Liked - The pitches were a large size. Hedges gave privacy and mature trees gave shade. Swimming pool a great feature. Electric points at no distance from the emplacement itself Town is only a short walk away, so an ideal location. The region is charming and Briare is a good base.
Disliked - The sanitation block is really tired and desperately needs updating. I won't be coming again until this is improved. No toilet seats. Very dated. No privacy from men's urinals. Thought this was really poor for a modern campsite and would expect better. Given there is a pool and children's play area, time to invest in a small bar/guingette and make something of the site itself.

Travelling party: Young couple

Liked - Les prix ont fortement augmentés depuis l'an dernier. Plus de wifi disponible. Accueil froid à améliorer nettement. Aucune facture n'est délivrée Les haies ne sont pas taillées. Le pédiluve de la piscine est très sale. Mais surtout, les sanitaires ne sont pas nettoyés tous les jours. Seuls points positifs le calme et la situation du camping.
Nous y passions régulièrement mais envisageons sérieusement un autre camping dans la région bien mieux entretenu.
Disliked - L'hygiène surtout, l'accueil et l'entretien général.
