This campsite is located in a wonderfully tranquil spot on the banks of the River Cher in the beautiful Loire Valley, close to the famous ZooParc de Beauval (Beauval Zoo). It lies on the outskirts of the charming village of Saint-Aignan, where you will find one of the many distinctive castles characteristic of this region. Les Cochards Campsite offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, a cosy restaurant and very spacious touring pitches. All kinds of fun activities are organised, especially in the high season.

Neat grounds with spacious touring pitches

Les Cochards Campsite has very spacious camping pitches. These are typically demarcated by natural features. Some pitches are right on the river. The campsite is also suitable for bigger caravans and motorhomes. There is even a service area for motorhomes. You'll also find various rental accommodations spread across the well-kept grounds, such as mobile homes and Coco Sweet tents.

Lovely outdoor pool with sun and shade spots all around

At the edge of the campsite you will find a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Enjoy swimming in the heated water in this playfully shaped pool. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Numerous trees around the pool provide the necessary shade. Do you prefer swimming in natural waters? You can do so in the beautiful recreational lake on the other side of the river. You can also enjoy all sorts of water sports activities there. Outside of the pool, campers can also have fun on the playground and in the recreation room throughout the season. You can enjoy playing table football or a board game in the rec room.

3 night stay en route. Easy to find and easy to walk into St Aignan, a pleasant town on the river. Easy drive to some of the Chateaux of the region. Quiet pitches with good access in and out.
