Camp on the estate of a castle at camping Château de la Rolandière. This small-scale campsite is situated on a secluded spot in the Loire Valley, in the middle of the undulating landscape of the Touraine. You arrive at a shady estate, where you camp in peace and quiet, in an intimate setting. You don't need much more than that. Perhaps a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, which offers a view of the castle.

Restful camping
Within the castle walls an attractive, peaceful campsite appears. The front part of the terrain is resembling an orchard. Here you camp under the trees, with a view of the castle, on touring pitches delimited by hedges. Further down the campsite has a more open character. Because of just fifty touring pitches you camp in an intimate setting, but you will always find company when you want to have a chat with one of your fellow guests. If you want a real royal overnight stay, book one of the rooms in the castle.
Swimming pool at the castle
At the back of the campsite, next to the castle, you will find the swimming pool. This simple swimming pool is not particularly royal, neither in size nor in appearance. Still, you can enjoy a lovely swim while looking out over the castle. The outdoor pool is well cared for and is large enough for the amount of guests.
Foodtruck
Next to the castle there is an old building that a.o. houses the recreation room. Here you will also find a bar and, at the back, a pavement café. In the summer months a food truck comes every evening attracting the campers with the smell of homemade hamburgers.
