Camping in nature
This is a quiet and well-maintained campsite. You'll be camping on a large campsite in the middle of nature, with the most beautiful touring pitches located on the banks of the river. Low hedges help demarcate the 71 camping pitches, which are nicely shaded by tall trees. Situated among these touring pitches are about twenty rental accommodations: standard mobile homes, but also cosy hikers' cabins (especially suitable in the winter months).
Warm bread rolls
The campsite's simple facilities contribute to its calm atmosphere. There's no supermarket on site, just a simple snack bar. For groceries its best to drive to the centre of Épinac. This is only a short drive, less than one kilometre. The bakery is even closer. You can walk there to get fresh bread rolls in the morning...
Trip to Château de Sully
Château de Sully is located north of the town of Sully, six kilometres from the campsite. It is one of the larger Renaissance castles in Burgundy. Its completely surrounded by a moat and has richly decorated rooms. If you've brought your bicycle along on holiday, then you can cycle to the castle.
