Travelling party: Single

De prijs voor een overnachting was de laagste die ik had op mijn rondreis door Frankrijk en Spanje. Camping heeft gevarieerde plaatsen op gras met voldoende ruimte en schaduw. Gelukkig niet zo strak ingedeeld als op andere campings. Sanitair is schoon, niet helemaal modern maar voldoet uitstekend. Er is een mooi zwembad naast met een aparte ingang. Heb ik niet gebruikt dus ik weet niet of je daar apart voor moet betalen. De camping heeft geen last van druk verkeer rondom dus is rustig. Charolles zelf is op loopafstand en een leuk plaatsje om te bekijken.

Travelling party: Seniors

Een kleine, mooi aangelegde en verzorgde camping (municipal) net buiten het centrum van het typisch Bourgondische stadje Charolles.
Het vriendelijke beheerdersechtpaar woont op de camping en zorgt voor de noodzakelijke administratie en faciliteiten en houdt ook de toiletten en ander sanitair prima op orde. Dat is niet up-to-date maar wel toereikend en schoon.
De beheerders zijn vaak aanwezig maar laten de gasten vrij; komen niet buurten of zo.
Vrij grote, zeer gevarieerde percelen voor tent, caravan of camper. Fietsen (ook electr.) te huur en gemeentezwembad ligt naast camping.
