Les Îles campsite is located in the Morbihan region, in the south of Brittany. This is a 5-star luxury campsite in an ideal location, right on the beach and five kilometres from the village of Pénestin. From the campsite you have direct access to the beach, so swimming in the sea is always an option. There are also several beaches nearby where you can look for sea creatures and shells.

Comfortable camping ... with sea view!

The pitches are mostly flat, grassy and well delimited by trees and hedges. Most pitches have a lot of shade. The pitches with panoramic sea views, which can be booked at an extra fee, have more sunshine.

Playfully designed swimming paradise

The large and heated swimming pool is one of the showpieces of this campsite. This is a playfully landscaped lagoon including a whirlpool and a paddling pool. Water fun is guaranteed here thanks to the family slide and the lazy river.

Top shows and sporting entertainment

In addition to swimming, there are many other opportunities for sporty entertainment. In the high season, for example, sports tournaments are organised on a daily basis. Camping Les Îles also offers a varied entertainment programme. Children can register with the children's club to show their singing and dancing skills on stage. There are also regular concerts, magic shows and themed meals.

Feast on local specialities

Next to the swimming pool you will find the charming restaurant. The menu consists mainly of local specialities with seafood and shellfish. Traditional meals such as meat dishes, salads and pizzas are also available. Furthermore, this campsite has a small supermarket with the most necessary groceries.

Travelling party: Seniors

Liked - We only stayed one night. The shop, bar and restaurant were closed. Nearest place to buy bread in the morning was Penestin.
Disliked - Layout of Motorhome service so it is possible to reverse on. Arrange to order bread at reception when the shop is closed.

Liked - A compact,friendly but expensive site, the high pitch fee of over €42 per night seems excessive for what’s available compared to other sites.
Disliked - A decent bit of site maintainance wouldn’t go amis, the trees and hedges are too overgrown and need trimming badly, the access to and from my pitch was quite difficult because of this.the site Wi-Fi is expensive and doesn’t work very well… especially on my pitch which was surrounded by trees.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - We arrived to find that there had been a significant power outage off-site that was affecting the electricity to site. There was no idea of when it would be back on so the reception managed to book us in to there sister site at Les Ecruielles. Our intention was to stay there until power was resumed. We ended up staying for the rest of the vacation until the last night and then returned to Lea Iles for the final night before heading back for the ferry. Will definitely come back as it was a lovely site made even the better with everything up and running

Liked - The site was well maintained and clean but unfortunately we were given a pitch opposite the shower blocks, swimming pool and bar entertaining area and had no relief from all the entertainment that went on .
Disliked - Perhaps take time to look at who have booked and place them in areas suitable to them, we did ask if we could move.

Liked - Nice campsite overlooking the sea. Beach very busy with commercial fishing and muscle farming. However plenty of rock pools for the children to play in when tide is out. Beautiful beaches within walking distance. Safe outdoor pool complex for children.
Disliked - Pitch available from 12.00 but reception not open until 14.00. Possibly should make this clearer on website?
