Camping Les Rives de Vilaine is located in the town of Férel on the bank of the Vilaine river. You camp here at a stone's throw away from the sea. This family-friendly campsite is a perfect choice for a holiday with family or friends. Cycling, kayaking, swimming, reading on the beach, walking or soaking up a bit of culture are just some of the possibilities during your stay in the south of Brittany.

Flowery campsite

The tranquil campsite Les Rives de Vilaine is located in a wooded and flowery park and is fully fenced in. The grounds are a few km away from the superb sandy beaches of Mine d'Or (Pénestin) and Le Remblais (La Baule). Make this campsite your base to explore the south of Brittany and the Guérande peninsula.

Spacious camping pitches

The pitches measuring between 100 - 150 m2 are really spacious. They are all equipped with a 10A-connection and never far from one of the many water connections or the sanitary and service buildings. The pitches are separated from each other by low hedges and tall trees provide the necessary shade.

Booking of accommodation

Campsite Les Rives de Vilaine has several rental mobile homes for up to six persons. All mobile homes are fully equipped with kitchen, shower/toilet, TV and electric heating.

Clean sanitary facilities

The sanitary building with showers and toilets is kept immaculately clean. One of them is adapted for disabled guests. Naturally, there are also laundry and washing up facilities.

30 min walk to boulanger 15 mins walk to quayside crepes another 10 over the barrage to a bistro. 20 min drive to great paddle board beach

Liked - The property is big and lovely - lots of trees, grass, space. We received a warm welcome. There is a huge area for camping cyclists. We used picnic tables under the pergola to make dinner - and enjoyed watching other bicycle folks come in.

Good showers, clean facilities.
Disliked - Sewer in the sanitaries needs better venting

Liked - Huge pitch! Very clean san facilities. Quiet. Charming hard working owners. Very reasonable fees. Excellent WiFi for 1 Euro a day. Close to the river Vilaine, the Barrage, Roche Bernard. Many walks from the site.

Liked - Prívate, sheltered and well tended pitches. Excellent sanitary facilities, which always seem to have just been cleaned. Good location for visiting local beaches, cycling and walking. Pleasant and professional management.
Disliked - (Minor!) perhaps some more hooks in the sanitary block and toilets?
