Campsite de la Plage is situated in the south of the Finistère Department (Brittany). You camp here on the outskirts of the coastal town of Bénodet. This three-star campsite has beautiful, shaded pitches separated by tall hedges. The grassy fields on which the pitches have been laid out, are bordered by tall trees. The sea is at a distance of some two hundred metres. Due to the long beaches with fine, wide sand, this coastal region is lovingly referred to as the Riviera of Brittany.

Nestled in greenery
When you enter the campsite, you may think that the campsite is rather small. However, nothing could be further from the truth. You will find a large number of touring pitches and almost as many rental accommodation units, both on separate sections of the campsite. The touring pitches are located amidst greenery, on grassy fields which are bordered by tall trees. The pitches are separated from each other by high hedges. You are in a lovely sheltered spot here, almost totally hidden by greenery.
Complete water park
There are no less than three large, heated swimming pools, two of which are outdoor pools and one indoor swimming pool with glass retractable roof. Furthermore, there is a heated toddler pool, also two whirlpools and two large water slides. The entire complex is designed on a lovely sun deck, surrounded by loungers. Hence, a veritable water paradise for both children and adults.
Use those legs
This part of Brittany is relatively flat, therefore excellent for cycling, certainly along the shore. There are many signposted cycling and walking routes in the area. Explore another hidden corner of beautiful Finistère each day. Cycle or walk along the endless sandy beaches and the jagged, rocky coastline, visit the small fishing villages and enjoy the Breton delicacies on the way.
