Camping La Clairière has everything you need to make the most of the outdoors and the beautiful countryside. Its location in the forest and along rippling river gives the campsite a relaxed character. Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy the varied region of Les Landes, with hundreds of kilometres of good cycle paths.

Camping in the green

Most pitches are spacious, partially delimited and suitable for all types of camping equipment. For extra space you can ask for the larger pitches upon arrival. In addition to coniferous trees and tall oaks, the terrain is decorated with young greenery. There are also several beautiful rental accommodations scattered over the terrain.

A nice swim

Of course a refreshing dive is also on offer. At the front of the campsite you will find the rectangular pool which is heated and very well maintained. There is a fence around the pool area and the sunbeds and parasols provide a relaxing place. In the evening the swimming pool is beautifully illuminated.

Friendly bar

The lively bar is the heart of the campsite. Here you will daily find fresh bread and croissants to start the day well. A tasty snack, refreshing cocktail or a simple meal are also on the menu. You'll have plenty of fun during the music performances and karaoke in the summer months.

All attention on the children

Every morning, during the high season, there is a fun activity at the Kids Club, such as dancing and crafts. In the afternoon teenagers can participate in a sports tournament or a treasure hunt. And the foam parties are absolutely spectacular.

Liked - The people (the staff generally were excellent), the pitch and the area, and the good access to dog walks, and bike trails
Disliked - Not really. A couple of small things that could be improved. Somewhere with soap to wash hands after using the toilet, and a bit more information available in reception. The young lady on reception was pleasant enough, but couldn't take a booking for the restaurant and didn't have a menu. Understandably, given the time of year, the site was very quiet, and perhaps a bit too quiet for us.

Liked - Fantastic location, good sized pitches, helpful staff, sanitation blocks very clean, good outdoor space at the bar, pastries and bread available to order and fantastic pizzas. We loved our holiday here.

Disliked - Pitches are very close and small with no separation or privacy. Insufficient electric points. Distance to electric points. Staff helpfulness when trying to get electric.
