In the South West of France, in the heart of the town of Biscarrosse-Plage, you will find the Campéole Plage Sud campsite. Here, you are less than one kilometre from the Atlantic coast. The lively Biscarrosse-Plage is a true water paradise. And if the endless ocean is not enough, there are also several large lakes near Biscarrosse-Plage – each with its own beach. There is a snack bar on the campsite. Just outside the campsite is a pizzeria.

Traditional camping or a bit more luxury

Campéole Plage Sud is a busy campsite in a wooded area with a relaxed atmosphere. The campsite has flat, delimited, and shaded places. Besides comfort pitches, there are also special ‘signature’ pitches with extra luxury. In addition to traditional camping, there is also the possibility to relax in one of the many comfortable accommodations. For example, mobile homes and lodge tents. Campéole Plage Sud is a real family campsite. There are therefore quite a lot of activieis on the campsite. Among other things, there are several playgrounds and an activity tent.

Make a splash!

The campsite is ideal for water lovers. There are two beautiful swimming pools, a whirlpool, a spectacular slide, and – especially for the little ones – a fun paddling pool. Please note that you are not allowed to wear swimming shorts in the swimming pools.

The Atlantic Ocean is just a stone’s throw from the campsite. Here you can practise many water sports. Biscarrosse-Plage is a real surfing paradise and features beautiful sandy beaches and challenging waves along the ‘silver coast’ of Les Landes. You can even find several surf schools. Kiwi Surf is one that focuses mainly on younger visitors.

Liked - Location, closeness to beach. Friendly reception staff. Walkable easily to a vibrant part of the local town. Hot large showers.

Disliked - Restaurant on site very poor, burgers…pizza. Bakery closed. The site is noisy it’s more of a holiday camp for families.
