The Dordogne has been a popular holiday destination for years. And the Périgord Noir is regarded as one of the most beautiful areas of the Dordogne. Flower Camping le Tiradou is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to the Dordogne River and just a 15-minute drive from the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda. The campsite itself attracts campers from around the world. It also features an outdoor swimming pool, a cafeteria and a small shop.

Small-scale campsite with neat camping pitches

Three types of tourist camping pitches are available on this fairly small-scale campsite. These are spacious pitches separated by neat hedges. In addition, there are beautiful mobile homes, holiday homes and lodge tents for rent.

Swim and splash around in the heated outdoor swimming pool

At Flower Camping le Tiradou, you can go for a dip in the beautiful outdoor swimming pool. This pool's water is heated, so you can enjoy a nice swim even on less sunny days. The youngest campers can romp around in the large paddling pool.

Fun activities during the summer months

Fun activities are regularly organised at this campsite during high season. For example, there's a special children's entertainment team along with regular live music performances and themed meals in the evenings. In addition, the campsite features table tennis and a pétanque court. There is a fun playground for children.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Liked - Verblijf was prima.
Jammer dat er alleen Frans werd gesproken bij de receptie. Alleen de dochter sprak een beetje Engels.
Disliked - Een tip: het toiletgebouw werd niet regelmatig schoon gemaakt. Gebruikelijk is dat dit 2 tot 3x per dag wordt gedaan, dit gebeurde echter niet. het toiletgebouw bij het zwembad was maar deels oen en de wc ws erg vies.
