Not even twenty kilometres to the south of the medieval town of Sarlat you'll find the Le Céou campsite. The campsite is located in a quiet and green environment. Plants and flowers ensure a cosy atmosphere. This part of the Dordogne is known for the hills and caves, the clear rivers, the old towns and castles. The famous Château Castelnaud is only three kilometres from the campsite.

Under the trees
The green campsites are located not far from the swimming pool. The low bushes form a natural division between the spacious and tidy camping pitches. The small river of Céou, with crystal clear water and waterfalls is only a stone's throw from the campsite. You can easily walk this stretch from the field for those who hike in. The sanitation building is well-maintained and is close to the pitches.
Heated swimming pool
The lovely swimming pool is a favourite part of the campsite for all ages. Wonderful for a fresh dip after a day of walking or cycling. But the water isn't cold, as it is heated. There are comfortable loungers for the real sun worshippers at the swimming pool. The long and curvy slide that kids can't get enough of is a separate part next the larger pool.
Terrace in French atmosphere
In the summer months, you can enjoy the authentic restaurant La Taverne every day. You can choose one of the delicious local dishes, a pizza or a tasty surprise during the theme evenings. During the day, you can sit on the terrace under a parasol for an ice cream or drink. If you want to have a pizza at your tent, you can pick one up on the campsite.
