Camping Les Terrasses de Dordogne is situated on a hill in the popular Dordogne region, in the south west of France. A lovely, green camping destination known for its picturesque villages and old castles. The panoramic views over the valley from the pitches are a big plus for this child-friendly campsite. In the summer months, there is a trampoline and entertainment.

Deer and rabbits

The entire camping site breathes nature and that includes quiet pitches with privacy. Wherever you pitch your tent, caravan or motorhome, you will find verdant vegetation. Most of the pitches also have a view to dazzle you with. The safari tents, chalets and mobile homes are mixed between the touring pitches on different terraces.

Water Paradise

The whole family can enjoy water fun in not one, but two swimming pools. The pools are heated, there is a slide and you can relax on a sun bed. The indoor pool with a transparent sliding cover is heated and great fun for the smallest swimmers. There are also colourful games and water-spouting animals.

Eating at L'Olive Bleue

The tasteful restaurant L'Olive Bleue has an indoor dining room and a fine outdoor patio. Choose for example for a pizza, a hamburger or one of the local dishes with meat or fish.

Large playground

The colourful playground is great for children. There is plenty to do for kids of all ages. A slide, climbing rope, trampoline, petting zoo and even a fast rope slide guarantee days of fun. Three mornings a week the programme includes games such as treasure hunt, mask making and bag races.

Liked - Very friendly, clean new toilet facilities, lovely pool and very quiet. Lovely spacious pitch with views over the valley. Easy access to Rouffignac with excellent boulangerie!

Liked - We had a lovely stay at this delightful campsite. The view from our pitch was amazing. It is a beautiful area and every drive is lovely.
