Camping Le Daguet is situated on a hill in the woods of the French department of Dordogne. This small-scale campsite is the perfect place to relax completely in the midst of nature. Enjoy a glass of French wine with a baguette and cheese while you view the beautiful surroundings from your camping chair. Go for a dip in the outdoor swimming pool to cool down. You needn’t leave the campsite for a French meal. However, the surrounding area is very much worth exploring.

Camping with a panoramic view

The pitches here are large and demarcated, separated by hedges. Some pitches at this small-scale campsite have beautiful panoramic views of the green, hilly surroundings. The campsite is well-kept, has lots of greenery and more than enough pitches in the shade. If you don’t have your own camping equipment, stay in one of the luxury mobile homes or safari tents.

Swimming and theme nights

Camping Le Daguet gives you a chance to relax completely. But there is plenty to do here as well. The swimming pool is in the sun and provides a beautiful view of the landscape in the valley of the Dordogne. There is a wading pool especially for young campsite guests to have fun in the water. Next to the swimming pool is a playground for the children who are somewhat older. Many fun activities are organised for children during the high season. In the evening the restaurant is open, welcoming everyone for a drink on the terrace and a French dinner. Theme nights are organised regularly during the high season.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - the camping is not too big, which was nice
Disliked - The location of our mobile home was not very nice. We did not have a (free) view at all, which we expected following the information during our booking. We just looked at other mobile homes and parked cars. So no privacy either. This was very disappointing.

Liked - Le Daguet is a calm and peaceful site to stay at. Staff are super helpful and the restaurant was great value with high quality food available. Fantastic Perigord salad! Showers and toilets are all clean.
