This small-scale leisure park located in the middle of the forest exclusively offers luxurious glamping accommodations. It is an oasis near the town of Biron, in the beautiful green surroundings of the French Dordogne. Families with young children who love peace and comfort will especially enjoy a wonderful holiday at Castelwood.

Charming villages where you can stroll through typical French markets are located nearby, as are beautiful caves and rivers. In the summer months, the entertainment programme at this child-friendly park includes fun games for the youngest guests. The swimming pool, trampoline and playground ensure they will have even more fun!

Glamping in the Dordogne

The beautiful wooden chalets and charming safari tents are playfully distributed across the site, surrounded by trees. All were made by the owner using ecologically sound construction methods and are neatly maintained.

Fresh sandwiches and fries

The smell of fresh bread rolls and croissants greets you each morning. There is a supermarket just a ten minute drive away. There is also a snack bar for fries, burgers and other treats.

Crafts and campfires

Children can participate in the craft afternoons, water balloon fights or a game of table football in the indoor area. Or they can enjoy themselves on the playground. And how about an evening by the campfire eating toasted marshmallows whilst enjoying guitar music?

Close to the Middle Ages

A walk to Biron Castle is a fun activity with children. The medieval commune of Monflanquin, which is located on a hill, is also highly recommended.

Or drive to Parc en Ciel, a professional climbing park for all ages.
