Support your campsite with a personal message!
Empty fields and a dead quiet reception, that’s what many campsite owners are looking at right now. The coronavirus is a hassle for campers, but a genuine nightmare for the campsites. Their often only source of income has dried up, and a lot of campsites are even forced to close down. Time to give all those campsite owners who’ve welcomed you through all these years a heartening message!
With our ‘campsite support initiative’ you can support your favourite campsite(s) in a fun and creative way. With a positive message, photo, drawing or video for example. Everything is allowed and you can leave your campsite a message in 3 simple steps.
How can you participate?
1. Look up your favourite campsite on Eurocampings.co.uk2. Click on the 'Support your campsite' button on the campsite page.
3. Leave your details and your message to the campsite on the form.
ACSI will send your message to the campsite. And maybe your heartening message may also appear on ACSI's Facebook and Instagram! Of course you can also put your own message on the campsite's social media.
What kind of message can I leave behind?
We have made a special ACSI-frame for all your written messages, drawings and other creative expressions. Print it out and be as creative as you want. Below are more tips for leaving a nice message:
Written message: Write your message on the ACSI-frame and take a picture of it with your smartphone. Of course you can also scan it. Do you prefer to keep it completely digital? You can also type in your statement of support on the form.
Photo: Share your favourite holiday photo taken at or near the campsite. Would you like to give an explanation or message? You’ve got all the room you need in the form to do so.
Drawing: Let your children get creative with a nice drawing. They'll probably have some wonderful memories of a holiday that campsite. Take a picture of the drawing, with or without the proud artist.
Video: A real video buff? Then send a video message to your campsite to let them know you’re thinking about. Upload video to Youtube (or another platform) and share the link with us.
