The child-friendly Svendborg Sund Camping lies directly at the seaside on one of the islands of the South Funen Archipelago. Camp in an attractive setting with gently sloping hills and a shoreline which stretches for several kilometres. The bridge to the largest island of Funen, with its old towns, castles and beautiful gardens, is not far from the campsite. This is an ideal area for anglers, cyclists and nature explorers.

Beautiful grounds
The pitches on the park-like grounds are neatly maintained, specious and vary in size. Some pitches have a splendid view of the sea. You can opt for a pitch in the sun or partly shaded. The site is surrounded by trees offering protection against the onshore wind. At the centre of the campsite is a small pond with ducks.
Searching for crabs
The campsite is directly located at the seaside. The beach consists partly of sand and partly of grass. Boats can be moored at a pier. Children can play in the water or search for small crabs. There are also a few playgrounds. There is also a petting zoo with rabbits, goats and birds.
The campsite is an ideal base for kayaking, walking and cycling trips. You can also rent equipment for this. In inclement weather you can use the dry and warm 'strohhutte'. Occasionally, a communal barbecue is organised.
Camping shop and sanitary facilities
The camping shop is small, but is well-stocked (with bread service). There is a supermarket some 2 km away. Very convenient: the campsite offers luxury kitchen facilities with ovens and microwave ovens. The heated sanitary facilities are neat and modern.
