A short distance from the Plitvice Lakes National Park is the quiet family-run Plitvice Holiday Resort campsite. From here you can take the most beautiful trips through the Croatian countryside. The campsite has a small swimming pool with sunbathing area, a lovely restaurant and a nice playground. The pitches are located on a flat terrain and mostly among the trees.

Special places to sleep

Plitvice Holiday Resort is situated on rolling terrain. Nevertheless, there are plenty of flat and paved pitches for your tent, caravan or motorhome. The grounds look well-maintained and you can mostly camp among the green trees. There are many different lodging options. For example, you can choose your own tipi tent or a modern treehouse, but there are also luxury glamping options, poolside mobile homes and comfortable cottages by a lake.

Active and sporty

All kinds of sporting activities are organised on and around the campsite. For example, you can go rafting on the Mrežnica River, paintballing, horseback riding through the mountains and archery. You can also work up a sweat on the volleyball court and at the table tennis table. There is a fun playground with equipment and a climbing house for the children. You're bound to be hungry after all that activity. You can regain your energy at the restaurant with some tasty Croatian specialities.

Just cool off

You can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool to cool off. The pool has a separate shallow area for children. Umbrellas and sunbeds surround the pool so you can dry off in the sun or the shade.

Travelling party: Seniors

clean and tidy campsite. We booked a premium pitch which was spacious and plenty of room for our vehicle and caravan
Three small swimming pools (more for cooling off than swimming). I was disappointed that the sun beds were all locked up and one has to pay to use one (so everyone used their own chairs or the ground).

The Campsite is top of the range for facilities, cleanliness and the staff. The young lady on the reception could not do enough for you.
The restaurant was very nice too.
a bus is provided for campers to the Plitvice Lakes which was brilliant. we would stay here again
