Campsite Porto Sole is a family campsite on the Croatian peninsula of Istria. The campsite is located directly on the Adriatic Sea, just below the coastal town of Vrsar. The old town can be visited by tourist train. You can camp on the flat and sunny part that characterises the well-organized campsite. There are also several mobile homes and rooms for rent.

Camping by the sea

The pitches behind the reception are situated on a sunny and well-organized area with several avenues. If you camp on the slope leading to the sea, trees provide shady spots. Here the pitches are slightly sloping, so you'll probably have to adjust your camping equipment a little. You can also camp directly by the sea. The pitches offer a fantastic view over the water, although the demarcation of the pitches here is a bit more unclear.

Swimming in the Adriatic Sea

The swimming pool is a little higher on the campsite. From the beautiful swimming pool, the spacious paddling pool and the sun loungers around it you have a panoramic view over the bay of the Adriatic Sea. The campsite is stretched out on the coast; here you won't find a sandy beach, but a few pebble beaches and plateaus with steps.

Sports fields

Mini golf, tennis, soccer, fitness: it's all possible on the campsite. When you drive to the barriers, you can already see the tennis courts on the side of the road. Here you will also find the soccer field and the mini golf course.

Pizza by the sea

After a day of swimming or sports you must be hungry. On the campsite you'll find both a restaurant and a pizzeria. Especially the pizzeria is beautifully situated by the sea.

Travelling party: Seniors

Het restaurant is alleen voor de gasten van het hotel en we konden alleen eten in de cafetaria die gesloten was.
Wij hadden gevraagt naar een plaats zonder bomen ook omdat onze camper vrij hoog is de man aan de receptie garandeerde dat de plek boomvrij was maar nee plek stond vol bomen ,bij onze vraag naar een andere plaats was hij erg geïrriteerd.
Wel mooi sanitair.
