Camp Veštar is located on the Croatian peninsula of Istria, between Rovinj and Bale. This large family campsite has recently been refurbished. The campsite has been completely renovated, with easily accessible pitches on pebble beds. Both the pitches and the paths are paved. Camping Veštar is a family campsite that is particularly popular with families with young children.

Paved paths and pitches

The large campsite covers fifteen hectares and is clearly laid out. The mostly straight paths are all paved. Camping Veštar has almost five hundred touring pitches, some permanent annual pitches and almost three hundred rental accommodations. Two hundred of these are mobile homes. These are located in a separate part of the campsite.

Isle in the swimming pool

In the middle of the campsite, between the section for touring campers and that for mobile homes, there is a beautiful swimming pool complex. It consists of several outdoor pools and a water playground. There is a deep swimming pool with a diving board, and a large recreational pool with an island and nice little bridges. On the tiled terrace are sun loungers and parasols.

Snorkeling

Camp Veštar is located directly on the Adriatic Sea, around a beautiful bay. Narrow pebble beaches have been laid out along the rocky shore and there is also a sunbathing lawn on the water's edge. In the clear water you can go snorkelling and scuba diving.

Bakery and ice-cream parlour

Scattered over the campsite you will find several restaurants. There is a pizzeria, a snack bar and a nice restaurant, located directly on the beach. Close to the swimming pool there are a few shops: a bakery, a fruit stall, a massage parlour and a shop with water sports equipment. There is also a bar and ice-cream parlour on the beach.

3 Wochen im September waren Erholung pur, hundefreundlich, kinderfreundlich. Hundestrand einfach super. Brötchen von beiden Bäcker empfehlenswert. Gegend zu Fuß zu bewältigen oder auch mit dem Fahrrad. Waren mit Hund und Wohnwagen dort, 100% empfehlenswert

Der Campingplatz an sich hat die 4 Sterne verdient. Die Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen, die Großzügigkeit der Parzellen für WoWa oder WoMo, auch Supermarkt, Bäcker, Gemüsestand und Souvenirshop sind vorhanden. Allerdings ist es störend, dass nur von 24 - 6 Uhr Nachtruhe ist. Dementsprechend ist es sehr laut. Viel Abreise Verkehr in der Nacht. Auch fährt kaum einer Schrittgeschwindigkeit. Die LKW, auch Autos fahren wie die Sau, obwohl Kinder unterwegs sind. Das Meer ist sauber. Auch schade, dass am ausgewiesenen Hundestrand Stand up Paddler unterwegs sind, wohlgemerkt ohne Hund. Auch viele Badegäste ohne Hund, was dann schwierig wird den Hund am offiziellen Hundestrand schwimmen zu lassen️. Die Wege zum Campingplatz raus, um seinen Hund zu ermöglichen, sein Geschäft um machen, sind recht weit. Wirklich lohnen tut es sich auch nicht, Fahrräder mit zu bringen. Schotterpisten über Stock und Stein. Sehr hügelig. Mit Hundeanhänger schlecht machbar. Wir waren 12 Tage hier. Die Hälfte hätte locker gereicht. Campingplatz zu voll für Nebensaison. Viele Kinder, obwohl Ferien zu Ende waren. Pool ganz schön.

Schöne große Stellplätze. 3 km nach Rovinj.

Meine Buchung auf einen Hundefreien Platz wurde nicht berücksichtigt ich wurde auf einen Hundeplatz gebucht. Ich bekam einen hundefreien Platz und der war voll Hundekot ich meldete es der Rezeption. Antwort sie haben zu wenig Kontrollpersonal rund um uns in der hundefreien Zone gab es 3 Hunde! Antwort die Camper melden den Hund nicht an? Soviel Hundedreck hatte ich noch nie hier auf dem Platz gesehen Antwort von der Rezeption zu wenig Control Personal!

Der Cp hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Der Cp ist sehr ruhig, so dass man abends und nachts in Ruhe schlafen kann. Super Hundestrand.
